Dont seem to be listed on PSPA or RTBB

Any local leads?

They are not local, but Great Plains Electronics (GPE) in the U.S. is excellent. ^^^

Very good range of parts, very cheap shipping, and with the Aussie dollar above parity, I think this would be hard to beat.  I just received a box of stuff from Ed at GPE, and he is very good to deal with.

That would be great, I couldnt find them on the web site.  However a couple of their Transistors had vague descriptions.

How much do they go for?

often I find is is easier, faster and also cheaper to have them mailed to you rather than actually go and get things.....

I just put some into stock. They are hard to find and expensive! Mine will be about $2.50 each and are NOS with a few marks from storage. Limited supply.
