This guy has listings for handmade wooden miniture Pinball Machines that look the part for sure.
Twilight Zone, Attack from Mars, Medi-Evil Madness plus many many more.  ^^^ He has arcade minitures as well !

I reckon a miniture Twilight Zone Pinball sitting on the playfield of a real Twilight Zone would look amazing.
