It is good to know that there are some very good people involded in this industry.I put an order in for the set of cliffy protectors for a machine i bought recently,which i had to order direct from Cliff.This guy is great to deal with and he had them in the mail asap.After the mail delivery to our place on Friday it had been 15 days since they were posted and still the items had not arrived.I sent him off an email asking him to check that they were sent to the correct address as they should have been here by now.I suggested that they must have got lost in the mail and i would pay for another set.His reply was 1 in a hundred buyers would have made that offer ands thanks for offering to do that.He said he will send another set to me with no charge and if the other set does arrive just to post them back to him
.I would also like to thank Mark c for cancelling an order i put in for some novus recently,i put an order in but then found a full bottle i had stored away.Once again after an email to Mark it was no big deal for him to cancel the order with ebay.And to make it a hatrick i have always had good sevice from Tony at the Pinball Shed,my orders are sent before payment has even been made,and after ordering some web balls he also put in some more balls for free.A BIG THANKS TO ALL OF THESE GUYS.
