I know this isn't strictly Pinball, but the Fun Police on Ebay are at it again. I had a bid and was watching the 1970's slot machine and the bastards removed the listing. This was an antique item, not something someone is going to start a casino up with

Yes that happens all the time. Firstly the buyer makes contact with the seller asks for a mobile or email etc, then reports the item to eliminate other potential buyers. Some times they only last a few hours, other times they can be there for a few days, although in the end they always get removed.

I bought 3 pokies and 2 card machines off ebay and everytime i sent the seller an email or rang them if a number was provided as the listings did not stay up long.I was lucky each time as a deal was done privately,and one of the pokies was bought from a man in blue.When i needed to make space for more pins i tried to sell 4 of them on this site as i was not taking the risk with ebay.After no takers here i put an add in the local paper,being carefull how it was worded and sold the lot to the one person.After seeing some of the prices these old machines are selling for i said to the misses i am tempted to sell my last one a 20 cent Aristocrat Honey Bee in better nick than any that i have seen on ebay. If you are ever after a pokie ect get in early with contact to the seller.

Which one was it.... there is still a few listed right now... one says 1970.. maybe relisted??
