I think the seller's intent in saying "unmolested" could be synonymous with "not hacked with". If so, then I don't see any contradiction. Of course, buyer needs to ask the questions.

Condition wise - It would be what I'd expect for a game of this vintage. I hope the seller gets a good price for this game.
