Firepower issue

Hi all, having trouble with my Firepower machine as when i turn it on the No2 ball solenoid keeps activating until you start game then it stops, but then the ball loading solenoid does not activate - any ideas please ?

I'm at work so can't check up but if it's the out hole Solinoid that keeps firing check that the outhole switch Ian jammed shut
