Bride of Pinbot

Seeing as though my next APR pinball is a fair way off (all good things come to those who wait) I have decided to look for a fill in pin in the mean time to fill a spot. Being open to anything really I been surfing the usually spots for ideas and insperation. I came across a bride of pinbot and after checking it on you tube and reading various ratings ect it ticks a lot of boxes. I am going to look at in the flesh this weekend.
Just after some members thoughts on the game play and pricing ect..anything that might help.

BOP is a great game that requires quite a bit of flipper skill to get through the modes. Ive NEVER managed to crack this machine and then at Pinfest i was shown how to play it and the guy got through all modes on the first ball.. then done it again.. then again. I had to walk away... came back 15 mins later and he was still busting this machine and was only on his second ball. I finally got another go on this game, copied his technique and still couldnt do it... guess i was humbled!

Look for wear around the horseshoes and at the bottom of the ramp.... these areas get a lot of play.
Price wise?
Up to $2200 for a really good example... cheapest ive seen one sell for was $1200 on Ebay. That price has never been repeated as far as ive known

I've just got home from an inspection on the BOP.
It was a fun game to play and although after only 5 games I have no idea of the rule set I did really enjoy the game play. Definatley a title I could see myself owning one day.
Unfortunaltly the machine I saw was not as tidy as I like for my collection so not this time I'm affraid.
It's a valuable lesson to anyone new and doesn't already know better...never buy a machine without an inspection. This machine looked a lot nicer in the pictures easly clean enough for me to buy.

if it is that price seems reasonable, you wouldnt expect it to be a grade

I brought a Hurricane from Wayne on Ebay for $1200 are you sure that's not what your thinking off? It was heaps cleaner than the BOP I looked at...a real bargin.

Yes that's the one but don't get me wrong he is a good seller that I have dealt with before just not this time that's why I didn't list the add I didn't want anyone being turned off this seller.

At $1500 I guess the price is reasonable but being an action I didn't know where it would end up and had it been a really nice one that I wanted I would have bid accordingly up to $2200 depending on condition.

Thanks, that's fair enough, I was wondering because I was also looking at this particular machine, though timing doesn't suit anyway.
