Charlie's Angels project [QLD]
« on: April 18, 2009, 09:28:20 AM »
This one looks like a potentially good project machine for those playing in QLD. The playfield looks quite good but the electronics are in need of repair. Backglass has seen better days.

Charlie's Angels

Anyone on here looking at it?

That BG is hammered. Also has painted cab.

Far from the greatest system 1. The Sinbad in Sydney looks like a way better proposition.

I quite like CA - Good machine. This one has a poor glass and needs a repaint.

I'm just trying to remember - but I think Terry (Terry007), did a magnificent restore on a CA. They really do like great restored.

Buy it to use for that conversion kit we heard about. Ya know those guys in the US making a re-theme kit, well it needs a CA for the conversion.

Classic....ONLY THING WORKING NOW....IS THE LIGHTS  :lol

What a way to start the description, well at least they are honest.

I also rate this game as a player, just the one 'dead zone' and that was behind the top left drop targets.

Would save my money though, as Rod pointed out that backglass is hammered!

Say it went for $300, though, this would be OK as a project. We'll have to see where it ends up.
