Amusement Center (Arcades)
« on: January 11, 2013, 02:54:40 PM »
Tried to get a occupancy permit to open a Amusement Center in my City, & it was denied (No area is zoned). Any business can have 3 pinball machines coin operated under a $35 year per machine, Automatic Machine License. So I found a good spot for lease where in my high school days (1979-1982) there were 3 arcades on that short commercial zoned street in central Halifax. So I battled it out & got a occupancy permit to operate a retail store.

I will post pictures of the set up of games & space next week.

I wish you every success John.  How good would it be to have a few of these little arcades in business again.

Got on the news by a pin friendly camera & reporter guy:

Got a radio interview for 15 minutes on Sunday morning.

I'm suppose to get my WOZ next month on location, for people to play on location. There should be 3 or more classic electronic pins added to the row of pins. Hopefully have 15 pins on location.
