Is Judge Dredd a fun game?
Is it slow as it is a wide body?
What are they worth?

curious to see what people think.

I have just finished a full rebuild on one. Is quick and fun, I would not say a super complex game but certainly bang for buck at the $2000 to $2500 range

Great game, good flow and pretty fast as well.
I wouldn't mind owning another one down the track.

Underrated game, classic wide body, great bang for buck title.

I have one of these folded up in storage   &&
Pinballs in my collection Elvira, Stern Grand Prix, Bally Corvette, Creature from the Black Lagoon, Judge Dredd, Black Rose and Data East Guns n Roses.

Jady,

I've had 2 and really didn't like it either time.

For some reason i just could not get into it.  Music is good, but to me i could never immerse myself into the game.  Other games i have (or had) at the same price point that i enjoyed a whole lot more include:

Black Rose
Roadshow
Johnny Mnemonic
Shadow

Good question! I have had one more many years and operated it for some of its life. I had it on one location where it took money like a pokie machine month after month. Outdid my addams family and STTNG. Other sites it was know where near as popular. My son loves it but I have never quite gotten into it. The first time I saw one I thought this looks the goods but it didn't live up to my expectations as a player. I think the dead world feature being gimped to keep German operators happy may have contributed to my feelings. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice game to play and I do give it a go now and then, it's just that I enjoy other games of that vintage so much more.

I liked Judge Dredd alot.

Add the deadworld mod and u cant go wrong.

An absolute bargain at the $2000 to $2500 amount. Just find one with a super nice cabinet to go with a really nice playfield.
This is one pinny that when u stand back, the cabinet artwork looks awesome.
The translite artwork is cool, and everytime u look at the translite or the playfield, u see more things hidden in the artwork.
The gold eagle topper is a must.  ^^^

I've only played it a few times but enjoyed it a lot. Cabinet art looks very cool too.

A long way off the best of the era. Fun enough, nice ramps, dead world mod improves it to decent. Under $2k its worth it. Over-there are better games out there.

Dredd is a machine that once you know the rules it becomes much more fun.  I had a really really nice one and regret selling it.  Was it my favourite machine - no but it was well worth having in the line up.

I had tried many times but can't get into it. I like the music and art, but i think the game is very boring, may be the wide body, I don't know, but I have never really enjoyed it.
I had the opportunity to pick up a decent one under $1500 awhile back but passed it up.
