Best of Pinball German shop

Hi
Just wondering if anyone  has used the German Best of pinball online shop?
Thought I would ask before I order as I have ordered from a site and never recieved the items and guy stalled to drag it out over 40 days.
And over 40 days you cant get a refund through paypal.

Have bought 2 or 3 times from them without any problems whatsoever. Basically used them when no one else had the part as the euro wasnt kind when I was buying and freight was no better.

But I think you can feel safe with them

That's why it's always good to clear your PayPal balance.  That way when you are buying stuff it is drawing the funds from your credit card, so you can do a charge back if you need to, even if it's beyond the 40 days. I have done it before and got my money back through Visa.

 That's always the best way because all PayPal do is look in the sellers PayPal balance to see if there are funds to reimburse you. If they do they take them, if they don't that's the end of Paypals efforts. If sellers are scamming you they will invariably clear their paypal balance So there won't be any funds, even if it's within the time to lodge a dispute with PayPal.
