Stern Announcement Today
« on: March 23, 2013, 09:47:36 AM »
It looks like there will be some announcement tonight, here is a video of a group photo suggesting a announcement.

I got this from Pingame Journal this morning
"Just moments ago at the Stern factory Gary gathered everyone to make exciting announcements and the PGJ was there to bring it to you all. We're between shows so check out the videos from the Vegas show ending today and look for reports from Milwaukee ... Starting TONIGHT!"

??????????????????????

what's the guess, Gary steps down and George steps up into management 100% as just in the last week it was said that George would not be designing any more games.

game award for AC/DC, best game in 2012, a few people in the US believe that the AC/DC sales have gone over 5000 games and is the best selling in the last 7 years.

Not suprising looking at the US forums. I get the impression that demand is still picking up, where will it end? 10, 000 units perhaps?

Well deserved great game and great design and now that there's no end to production who knows how many will be made, maybe 10,000 units? if that was to happen in this day and age wow what an achievement..

Well done Stern, well done to the Stern team. AC/DC is a great game. The Pro, the Premium, all still selling extremely well.

Garys passion is what drives the company. I find his enthusiasm is still the absolute best in all of pinball, worldwide.
I dont think there is any ambassador for the pinball industy, and the pinball game itself other than Gary Stern. He always has something really positive to say, and he still works away at it everyday when he could retire if he wanted to. (I cant see him retiring in the next 5 yrs at all, and like his dad, he will work to the day and decides to leave this world).

The only thing Stern needs is a Aussie Pinball designer, or at least an aussie on the think tank team for new Sterns new pinny designs.lol

Wait til the Star Trek and Metallica pinball machines hit the production floor, and see the sales Stern churns out of these babies, good times ahead.

I would be very cautious of JJP head hunting. Stern workers could probably earn some bonus pay now that the pinballs are rolling fast down the production line. This is good news for both players and workers.

Great achievement and well done to those here in Australia who have contributed to their success through purchasing NIB.

Shame nothing is rolling down the JJP production line yet. Its still a ghost town.
They are waiting on computer boards n maybe staff via the $9 per hour adverts.lol

Also, JJP couldnt pinch any Stern staff, cause people would have to move half way accross the USA.
