Price paid will depend on condition. Playfield/plastics most important, cab not important. In 100% working order.

There was one at Redlands Jrn footy club on the week-end when we were there for our sons matches.

Didn't have a look at it, too pressed for time and gnr does nothing for me both pin and band wise....mainly band wise though...talk about over-rated.

Might be worth hunting down the operator and making a offer.

Best of luck with your search.

There's one on eBay at the moment

 http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/321108401794?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_3766wt_689

Others will know better but I'm pretty sure the seller is a container importer. He has a large list of machines for sale below. Maybe worth asking some questions about this one if it appeals.

Yes I've seen the Ebay one. Same seller sold another GnR on Ebay 2 - 3 weeks ago. After that auction I sent the seller a message asking if he had anymore,
but didn't receive a reply.

It doesn't leave you with a lot of confidence then does it.

No, but on the positive side I did go and inspect a local Aussie delivered GnR today. Very nice overall condition apart from decent wear around the AXL hole.
That would need to be repaired and a cliffy protector installed.

Decision time unless another one comes up very soon.

I think I would as far as to say that it would be impossible to find a GnR without some sort of wear around the Axl hole.  Even a bit of wear under the Axl hole on the GnR symbol where the ball kicks out of the Axl hole is almost acceptable, very hard to find one with minimal wear there as well.

True classic machine.  With AC/DC and Metallica it is part of a new wish pin trilogy for me.
Addicted to pins.

I have had the same experience with that seller.  Sent multiple emails on several games over the last year and most of the time I get a reply, sometimes in a day or so of my email. He usually replies, stating he will be in touch soon with pictures, price, condition etc.  But he never does.

Then I discover the game listed on eBay afterwards, sometimes weeks later.  I've given up with this seller.

One just recently I inquired about a game, a few weeks before it hit eBay, same story, I'll get back to you with pictures etc.  Then nothing, then I find it on eBay weeks later.  So I figure, ok, he prefers to list on eBay and just take the highest bid.  I watch the auction for a few days, only to discover it gets pulled, obviously someone made him an offer and it's sold.

So how do you work out someone like that?  Make outrageous offers or roll the dice for pot luck.......I dunno....very weird way to run a business.
