Awesome photos thanks for sharing was cavey there playing lol

Peter

Lol, no Cavey, couple of our pinball club members were already there and more turned up.

Two new Metallica pins, great game straight off the bat and a new ACDC Pro, killer fast that game. Credit to Timezone for getting the pins, they put the overhead screen in for us too , nice!

Check out Page 6 of the Pinside Metallica owners thread - scroll down and see the similarity ( glaringly obvious on a blank PF ) to compare AFM and MET shot layouts !
No wonder this game is getting instant wraps  ^^^

On top of that one of the Pinsiders is working out the rules in relation to hurry ups that seemingly may work the same as in AFM  $#$
Anyway - worth a look  &&

Some very minor 1%er's done to Metallica today.
Thought I would post this small 'very fussy to some' correction that I did to my game so that other Metallica owners can look out for it when their games arrive.
Obviously the LE wont have the coffin issue that the PRo appears to.
I am sure this wont even be an issue for 99% of owners - I am just a touch fussy.

First off - the 4 large inserts that appear on all versions of the game.

I noticed that UNDER the playfield 2 of the 4 globes are mounted down low and threw a different light into the insert.

So I cut some small 'extension plates' out of 2mm perspex and made it so the globes all sit at the centre point of the inserts.

for PRO owners - this is the coffin underneath.

And again  - a simple fix to get them lined up in the centre - which will fill the coffin with light better when viewing from above.
Note that this area required a hole to be drilled - BE CAREFUL if doing this.

Hope this helps anyone who is fussy like me  ^^^

The "M" in the speaker grills looks like it's just a LE thing at this stage ....

So instead of a shaker motor and subwoofer we get 2 little plastic M's worth about $1.50 ..  #@!
