I don't think it is ruining a game merely a creative customisation of a game - not as if it is going into mass production - it's a one off for a customer….

Game play is not going to be affected though it will look a little different while playing when the whole playfield is just black and white.

I bet he hasn't changed the circuits and wiring to monochrome.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,

somethings will always appeal to some and not others. Just like a guy in the US is doing a clear pinball project like the surf champ done years ago. I think this is very cool as well but won't be to everyones liking. Here is his progress to date - a clear Super Sonic Straight.

Interesting but why would you want to see the insides anyway. I like my wife but I don't know if it'd be keen on removing the skin just for interest sake :D
Still loving my Metallica Premium

I think it looks amazing. How cool would it be watching the mechanics of the machine operate while a games being played. Im sure a lot of people would be very surprise to see what actually goes into operating a pinball machine.
As for the Twilight Zone, I actually quite like it, I'm looking forward to seeing how the playfield comes up.

BW TZ looks cool from a distance, not sure about extended time on the pf. The clear table is more of a gimmick methinks. Like a clear watch, you can see the workings but can't tell time.
