Help needed with a little photoshopping

Hi guys,
I need a little help from someone who is handy on photoshop, I would like to make a decal, or just print and cut out from photo quality paper, a pricing decal the same as the one below.
I need to change the price on the first image from 25c to 20c anyone able to help?

Can you email that to me - will do tonight and email back to you.

so you just need the 1st image to end up like the 2nd ( printout picture ) - yes.
