Great post - this is really interesting stuff. And did I spy a Nugent in that Flashback arcade?

As to copyright, there shouldn't be any problems. I believe that if it was an infringement of copyright then they would ask you to take the scans off. Compliance is as simple as deleting them. Publishers usually only care about copyright if they can make money out of it.
