I have purchased all of the equipment and it will be installed and commissioned within a month for a complete, through hole assembly and automatic soldering line many pics of some of the equipment elsewhere on the site).
It is my intention to manufacture these in house in the Homepin factory so we will control quality in-house. The first product I will run when the line is ready will be the 24" opto board as this is a fairly simple board and should serve well to debug the process. After that probably trough opto boards for the same reason and then a run of WPC MPUs.
After these "easy" boards we will be very well organised and practised for the LED DMD.
It's impossible for me to put an exact timeline on any of it yet though.
