Help him with a riff and he will buy you a Luci.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,

TAKE IT AND RUN, you wont get that kind of offer again anytime soon, perhaps never......

You can always buy another in future if you miss it, but i think i'd be focussed on your move/retirement plan FIRST, then go buy some little luxuries later on.

I'd take the $3k profit. $3k profit on any pinball is damn good.

Looks like Studleys life-plan changes daily...this thread has now become void & pointless.

I strongly doubt those pins will rise in value in future, you'll be hard pressed to flog one off for $5k in just a year or 2....anyway, not my prob, i dont have one, dont need one and know all too well that pinball is NOT an investment.
In fact, the only investment it is, is a BAD investment if youre looking at coming out even or profiteering from it.

Amen ;-)

I tried to stay out of this but your now embarrassing yourself with your comments about stern if you don't care then don't comment it's becoming tiresome.

I don't know why people get all in a lather about pinball investments all the time. I have yet to see a rich person from the proceeds of pinball sales. If you make extra money on a sale, it is because the title is desirable and hard to get. So be it. You get the money while the buyer gets the goods.
My investment in pinball is the memories that flood back when I play a machine and the highs of achieving play objectives.
BIBLE #56 is mine and stays. I made that choice from day 1 and no money can persuade me otherwise. Money is a commodity, an individual pinball is irreplaceable.

They might not rise in value, but to say you'll be hard pressed to get $5k  !!@

Dont get involved then, damn forum police......keep it in context, i didn't even mention stern Pffft

Anyhow, back on topic, Some of us were commenting/advising Studley whether to sell or not, although now he's changed his mind on the original reason for his post, so the thread is void, it should be locked or deleted.
