Cool little item Stern test lead

Hey guys just tidying up and found this which I forgot I had lol.   Thought some of you might think its pretty cool.

     Does anyone have one of these?

And micro switch tester by the diagram! These are better alligator clips than I use and always trying to remember which ay to wire diodes into switches.
Got any spare as i would love to purchase one off you ?
