Yepp that was a great read  ^^^ ^^^

I loved the quotes that were used in the writeup too, honest and too the point, just like the way Mike was when i met him @ pinfest!!

Even though Thunderbirds is not a game i'd buy (cant afford to buy new games, and i'm more old school with my collecting), i'm still VERY keen to see how the game turns out, and hope i get an opportunity to play one *%* *%* I'm always keen to have a play on any new machines i come across in my travels!

As for the skeptics.. STUFF 'EM!! if anyone can pull this off i reckon Mike can  ^^^ ^^^

Yeah, but as that's not the sort of video being discussed I guess you are missing the point.

A video screen is a video screen...plain and simple.

My primary eye focus is during ball play. When the ball drains, I glance at the DMD or score display. Fancy video screens with beautiful videos during gameplay would be waste of money for me. Would be the same as sticking a DVD player/screen in the car dashboard to distract the driver. No thanks, simple displays are the best.
A hybrid pinball/video machine is a different story where you focus on both devices as part of the gameplay.
