Seller has a few loose wires. That is a rare cabinet (one of a kind and hand painted).
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,

Even comes with the left over paint for that odd touch up.

It sure would for a couple hundred dollars only.  The guys trying to make out that it's in good condition and only needs a couple of wires plugged in but all I see is a bad paint job on the cab, flaking backglass and a grubby playfield with broken/missing rubbers throughout. This game obviously hasn't been playable for a long time. I can't help but wonder if all the boards are with the machine and what else is wrong with it that I can't see from the pictures.

Cabinet art must have pleased someone. Or maybe the spare can clinched the deal. I'll be a monkey's uncle!

Wow. I hope the buyer got a much better deal than the asking price. Tough lesson otherwise.

These are the visible newbies that get cornered with their first game. It is a VERY tough lesson, but if you are on eBay looking for games, then it rarely ends well. I hear of these issues almost every day.
