he said he had hold of the glass then it was gone

Same here - sliding out carefully and then bang - empty hands.

I'm guessing that's Adrian with my old King Pin and the Eye of the Tiger I collected for him a few months back?

If you're thinking of moving on the MM,
I'm looking for one to convert in to a NBA Fastbreak.

Scared the crap out of me when this happened on a project Fathom I removed the glass from. Still finding pieces on the floor 6 months later..

Lol!! I *do* have an NBA Fast Break as well...Just realised where I'll be borrowing the glass from until I can get a new one.

Thanks for that - It's actually motivated me to buy a new one for all my keeper games, I'll get rid of the scratched ones, and keep a couple of the best for spares.

Getting rid of the old ones that aren't worth keeping will be fun - going to try and test some of those "You can hit it with a hammer on the top but not on the sides" comments I have read about.  &&

Looks ruined Nick.  I will buy it for $100.00

I tried to get is back together, but it's way over my skill level.

It definitely is ruined Marty, so decided to move it on and accept your offer - I've got it ready for shipping and have included a picture so you can verify same condition on arrival - I'll include the shipping in the $100.00, that's the sort of guy I am.

There's a couple of extra parts/spares in with it that you can have as well.

Just paypal to my email address and I'll get it off to you same day.

Not sure exactly what you plan to do with it, but as they say, one man's meat and all that.
