Grail pin day
« on: February 27, 2015, 08:35:38 PM »
I still am in shock with this one but I have managed to add a grail pin to my games room that I never ever thought I would be able too. Mainly due to how hard they are to find and the sheer cost of them.

I am extremely happy to say that dream has become a reality.

May I present......

It arrived exactly as described to me. I got to spend the morning giving the machine a much needed clean and I must say it has come up well.

Due to having acid on the battery holder I installed a remote battery holder at the front of the machine.

Overkill I know, but I like it!

The new game room line up......

Only have room for one more now....and believe me when I say it will be a long time coming.  %$%

Safe to say Cactus will be getting a workout tonight.

Very nice and seeing there's been no replies, I'm guessing cursed is hard at it putting high score after high score on this baby. Enjoy the evening mate and tell us how she plays when you get a chance
Still loving my Metallica Premium

Congrats on the purchase. i love hearing pinhead's stories - the "Holy Grail" stories never get old. That is one SERIOUSLY nice lineup. Next time you need a plastics set, I might have to deliver it personally !

Oh - and I still LOVE the carpet !

Thanks for the comments everyone.  ^^^

Haha, yeah had a great night giving it a good bash. It is a lot faster than I expected due to actually having nice strong flippers so that was a nice surprise. I have only ever really played a sited one before.

Loving the humour in this title as well now that I can hear it properly, actually laughed out loud at a few of the comments which is a nice change as most of my pins are on the serious side.

I do need to update the rom though as it still has the original version, not that I think it will add a lot as we all know.

Welcome anytime Nino, I am (sort of) on the way to Geelong.  *%*

Awesome  ^^^

There used to be a really awesome line up with 7 pins at Sonix in Chirnside Park and this was one of the games on location. It was a lot of fun to play.
The others were Terminator 3,  No Good Gofers, ACDC BIB, Mars Attacks Guns&Roses.

But last time I went all pins were gone. Needless to say,  I haven't been back!

Well done on getting your grail  () Enjoy!
