Best way to transport a pinball

Whats the best way to transport a pinball in a ute , obviously taking the legs off makes life easier but what about the backglass do you take it out or leave it in?

It depends what type of machine If its an old Gottlieb id leave it in but have the head removed from the machine. But if its say a williams or Bally that come out easily i take em out and sit em on the front seat with the seatbelt on lol

Put cardboard on the playfield glass and lay the head box down on it. If you are really worried you can take it the backglass out, but the less handling the better in my opinion. You still have to get the backglass from A to B and if it is sitting in the front of the ute somewhere it could get broken.
