Gordon Morison
« on: July 26, 2015, 02:15:06 PM »
Hi guys,
Just for the fun of it I thought I'd post a few pictures of one of my favourite pinball artists Gordon Morison's work. For those that don't know anything about Gordon, he was the man behind much of the great artwork on Gottlieb machines through the 70's until Asteroid Annie in 1980.
Regardless of how good or bad a machine plays its the art and sounds that always attract a player for the first time. Gordon nailed the art part.
If you have any games with Gordon's artwork, I'd love to see pictures.

Great photo Dan, such a beautiful game. I'd love one of these.

If you haven't heard of him you'll be surprised to see just how many games he's been involved with. Check out this link. Some really iconic games there wouldn't be the same without his work.

So many I played but never knew or cared at the time who the artist was. A real eye opener for me.
