Next use 2000 grit emery to clean up flap, run straight up and down in the direction the ball travels over it.

This is the blue paste and applicator, apply a small amount and run in the same direction again

This is left on for 60 seconds then wiped off with a rag, fine steel wool is used to polish the the blue paste is applied again.  Repeat about 6 times for a darker finish.

This is a ramp protector that is attached to the side of one of the ramps, it needed rebluing also

Thats about it, a anti corrosion film is applied for 24hrs then wiped off, it comes in a sachel in the kit.

This is a photo of the ramp flaps I reblued on my TZ a bit over 6 months ago, still looking good

Another good tip there with respect to re-bluing. These kits are available from gun shops and on eBay; not sure if this is something pinball parts shops would stock or not.

Well it is finally finished  #*# , going by the dates on my photos I took it out to the shed to start rebuilt in middle of January  @.@
