Finally got my revenge from mars home. Will post pix when they come to hand. I actually shipped it in 3 parts. Reason being I had conditions put upon me. The machine had to live downstairs and if you have ever lifted one of these beasts you'll know what I'm talking about. Just me and the wife would have spelt trouble with all those steps and distance.
With this is mind, I have to say pin2000 is fantastic for dismantelling. First trip was take the playfield. 4 plugs and rip it out. Second remove the headbox (real difficult). 4 plugs, a wing nut holding a ground strap, and 4 bolts (lift and take away). This left the main cabinet that now weighed stuff all. Moving to my place not a problem.
I'd guess, if I did all the above, disassemble and reassemble, I'd reckon an hour max. I don't think you could do this with a standard pin
I've already shopped the playfield that also played out like a dream and did have a problem on first power on, but reseated the prism (due to cartage i guess) and been playing since. I will be do some basic restore stuff on the pinball like decals. If I don't get to carried away I'll document it and do a post.
Finally RFM from a game play point of view ROCKS. Got to the final scene which was a struggle on 3 balls and was rewarded with some nice video. You have to play the game to the rules to achieve this end. There's no cheating or simply play out a mission (you have to get flawless completions to missions)
