Bally roadrunner Em arcade game
« on: October 06, 2015, 12:56:24 AM »
I know it's not pinball but thought some might like to see it in action well half in action

Here is the game for those who havnt seen one.

I'm stealing parts from different area for example the first video I'd had the working boards controlling the cars and the scenery and sound,  the second video I stole the scenery and sound board to get the steering going.   Now just to wait for the parts to arrive

How cool is that !

If there is any paperwork on that game, can you look for hand written notes ?

I ask because I bought a woodrail "Miss Annabelle" that was part of this operator's stash, and it ended up originally being owned by Dad - part of one of his original imports. It might be a case of other machines that he brought were onsold to this operator in the 70's.

Sadly no original paper work but there was something scribbled on a tag inside the game I'll get a photo later for you.  I got this game off Dave (Silverball). So it may have been one of your dads

Thanks for posting the pictures of the writing. Not recognizable I'm afraid.

I do remember a buggy game with similar gameplay. The game I'd love would be the "Bulldozer" or "Whirlybird"

Can't wait for the next Geelong trip.

special handshake and cash advance usually helps  #@#

The meets are always organized last minute, and it can sometimes revolve around a machine changing hands or playfield deliveries etc. i look forward to these days and they are always too short !

Usually a PM to Daniel does the trick (to his museum). One of the nicest and most genuine persons I know.
