quite a few US guys formed as a collective I believe to taken action against Kevin as has been seen buying things even though claiming bankruptcy. The interesting thing is the Marshalls picked up up and took to a court and below is the 41minute court hearing basically giving him a short period to present all the info otherwise will be locked up.

I listened to the recent podcast, and I really have only had a passing glance at the history of this disaster. It amazes me how the legal system does protect criminals, and the law is some cases provides them with a vehicle to abuse the system. So Kulek has provided the discovery items to him attorney, who has passed it onto the Trust's attorney several times. The Trust's attorney has seen only photocopied HTML documents that appear to be irrelevant. But it took the US Marshalls to have Kulek presented to the court for non compliance.

Who is telling the porkies ?

Basically, last year Kevin declared he was bankrupt.
Remember he has just DECLARED it, well for it to happen, he has to PROVE he has no assets not just declare it.
This is the part Kevin has been having a little trouble with.
To the point he was found in contempt of court for not cooperating and a warrant went out for his arrest before Xmas.
Kevin was picked up last week and bought before a judge.
Hence the audio transcript Mr Swinks posted.

He must appear at the court at 9 am today with answers.
Possibly more happening on Monday as well.

While all this has been happening the lawyer for the predator buyers(creditors) has been slowly following the money trails and finding some.

You see the frustrating thing about it is the creditors can't go ahead with any claims until Kevin comes clean and that's why this info is so important

Part 2 for those interested.

If you want to skip to when Kevin talks it is at the 1 hour mark.
