i saw that spottem wood job on ebay last november. ya think the owner would auction it or use it for firewood.
a price drop perhaps may have helped  !@# !@#

He bought from BCW and that wouldn't of been that cheap, so plus shipping to Queensland he is trying to get his money

Yeh from memory BCW had $1500 - $2000 on these flipperless games - add $300 shipping and you have an $1800 machine - problem is that any collector is only going to pay 1/2 that at most - actual value of this game ( is of no great importance historically and is a pretty space taker) is about $600 - $700 IMO

Has to be some sort of record - and would be costing the seller a fortune in eBay fees for relisting !

There is no way in a million years this game should get that treatment - if you have the room these games are just stunning - to look at.

They also form a very valuable link to pinball history, all the guys that are into the 'plastic' DMD games really owe everything to these wonderful (yet boring as) old girls.

They all have such an amazing history, something I find extremely interesting.

I'm just pointing out that he has listed it what 8 (?) times.

It's a beautiful game. I own games a bit 'newer' than this game - games from just after WW2 - no flippers, no active bumpers and would never, ever part with them for the reasons outlined above - their history, they are rare and they are beautiful

^&^The problem with this bloke not selling "spottem" is the machine itself. It has boring backglass & playfield ,if it was a gottlieb/williams flipperless of same vintage & condition it would sell quick ^&(

what i dont understand is why the owner hasnt met the market with an ebay auction. no one said start the bid at 99 cents, perhaps $500 or $600 with offers etc.? ? ?  !@#

if u go to the local shop and for some crazy reason, decide to pay $10 for a bottle of milk, it doesnt mean if u advertise it someone else is going to give you $10 for it. unless they are rich or want that model real bad.
its worth what its worth. and the only true way to get an idea is a auction.

but as some of the interested parties have said, the seller seems not to return emails or send better pics.maybe he has passed away n left the ebay listing on for eternity. it would be funny, if its still there, day in and out for the next ten years. maybe we shld start a petition to get it auctioned off. lol.  $#$
