RTBB Hours over the holiday period
« on: December 16, 2016, 08:55:45 PM »
We will close the site for at least 2 weeks starting after Boxing Day.

Orders will be processed that are placed before we close up. We need to close as we have a huge amount of deliveries that are arriving next week and it will take a while to re populate the site.

Sometime after March, we will be rebuilding the RTBB site on a new platform, that is more recent than the current version. This will take time !

Sandra and I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their support in 2016. There are a lot of changes planned for next year.

Don't worry - you are not the only one !

We will be taking a break, the only problem is that I forgot to tell the webadmin, so the site might be up while we are away ! I'll figure something out.

The RTBB website is still active at this point as we had issues trying to set it to "gone fishing". The irony is - We are going fishing for 8 days !

So customers can order parts, and confirm carts, but we will NOT be processing orders until we return on the 19th January.

Sandra and I would like to THANK all members that have supported RTBB since we took over in April 2015. 2017 wil be a MASSIVE year for us  @@*

Back on board tomorrow morning.

One of the "complaints" we received when we took over the site was that Greg would post the "gone Fishing" page and customers could not order or browse the site. So this time round, we could not really do anything except leave the site "as is" and wait until we return. I just checked the orders submitted while we were fishing..  @@^ .. now i know "why" the site was effectively closed down when Greg took holidays.

It will take us at least a week to catch up - so please be patient. If there's anything SUPER urgent - just email us and we will do our best.

I had one "customer" last year "Ronnie" that demanded I drop everything so he can pick up an EOS for a Gottlieb IMMEDIATELY, because he lives 5 minutes away. I TRIED to help him out, but he went on social media and made up a story that I was "rude and arrogant" (some will argue that is an apt description of me)..

All he had to do was create and account, place the order and he would have had the part by lunch time that day. Instead, he drove half way across Melbourne, and paid 3X the price. Hilarious stuff.
