I enquires about this a few years back the email went something like this,
Machines are illegal to own with huge fines, prison time or both,
Permits are available but to comply machines need to not accept money return money kept in a locked alarmed room with spot inspections so basically pointless getting a permit as what fun is it
Jeez I wish I could keep my wife under those conditions especially can't accept or SPEND money lol
