Thanks but the problem I am having with the rollovers maybe I hope is related to the Series relay having the wrong relay coil which happens to be A-9740 (20 ohms) relay - The correct relay should be 2 ohms.
Will start a different thread - you maybe able to help Gavin.

Whats the # number for the 9733 or 9746? Must be a very thin gauge to only have 2 Ohms?

Ok - looked up the coil chart and yes, mine is 10X the resistance you require.
I have a load of GTB coils in boxes.. id be surprised if I don't have what you need there

Um.  ...That would be a short and/or thick gauge for 2 Ohms, and a long and/or thin gauge for 20 Ohms.  But the larger the gauge number, the thiner the wire, so the higher the Ohms.

Can do a 9746. Cant test resistance till tomorrow at work but looks super clean
