It has probably been posted several times before but I haven't seen the replies so I am very interested in everyone's responses. I am restoring a Gottlieb Magnotron which will ultimately be for sale. Should I repaint the playfield where required and should I repaint the cabinet. Both are in fair / good condition which makes the decision even tougher. Are buyers more interested in a better looking machine or original paintwork and patina.

Thanks all,
Dan

Buyers will either go for a solid original game, or a High End Resto on an EM. Would need to see pictures before advising. But if you plan on selling the game with a huge profit once painted and restored - I would not bother as it is not an "A list" EM.
