The work begins!! The bottom panel came out with a size ten boot 












Barry the Bodger was here!! These screws were supposed to be holding the small wood pieces that brace the bottom to the side.. they were doing nothing!









Repairs started, starting to glue the delaminating layers of ply.. there was a LOT of lifted ply to deal with on this one!!









Bottom panel replaced with a new piece of marine ply. Strips of Tassie Oak glued in place to replace the missing pieces of ply on the side channels that hold the bottom in place.









Front rh corner was a bit loose so it was clamped and glued solid.









The front panel of the backbox was replaced with new marine ply.












More cab repairs, glueing and filling needed















First primer coats done!
