Have a look at the plungers - Bit of rust and signs that barnacles lived there  %.%

I'd say the playfield was submerged for a few years ..

Just made him an offer outside fleabay.  !@#Your'e right nino them plungers are rusty ( I didn't notice that )

Wow $200 bucks is a total bargain given the state of that one in Minto, what a pity I didn't see that one, it's only about 20kms from my place :(

Just got home & had a look at the pics.
 At work on the crappy monitor it didn't look too bad.  !@#
You're right that playfield is hammered. Its Missing the playfield glass, could be the reason, maybe its seen some weather.The plungers & light sockets look rusty in the pics, didn't see a lockdown bar or apron. No pics of the circuit boards inside the head & no score displays lit up. I think you'd have to inspect before bidding, anyway not for me.
I did get a reply from the offer & it was  "not at this time".
 $#$ I'm glad it wasn't BIN
