Wow that Pro Football is a project definitely not for the faint hearted. I can just visualise the rusting components in there.  Is it really doable? I mean apart from the PF and BG?  You'd be rebuilding the whole cabinet and replacing all the rusted mechanics.
May be a great project for a retiree who has plenty of years in him.

it all depends on how much rust got in there I guess

You may find that just the outside is rusty and inside is ok - unlikely but possible

It is hard to tell from the Photos

Get a go of the rubbish and filth in that shed you can only imagine what has lived in that Pro Football, it would be trash at least the Travel Time is on legs.

That shed does not even have a floor !

PF would be challenge, but that's the kind of machine that you would take for nothing.

... a lost bet !

or a "Physical Challenge"

I still "have a go" - just to save the poor machine from being throw away.

As sad as those 2 pinballs are there will always be somebody out there that will take the chance on these.

Maybe it will be their first pinball because they don't have alot of spare cash.

Over the years I have sold what I thought to be absolute rubbish and people have bought them, been so happy with their game and restore them.

As said many times, not long ago these games would of gone straight to landfill. Once they are gone, they are gone forever.

mmmm Pro Football has the camera deliberately NOT showing the top of the head where its really rough.

Anyone wanting to take on the Travel Time - go for it.. this was my first ever pin and was free. I still have it and its in superb condition and i still like the game.
I have spare plastics, can help with backglass etc.
No problems getting this one to shine again
