PINBALL MOVING DOLLYS
« on: June 20, 2009, 10:01:09 PM »
In one of my late night drunken ebay moments  !@) i bid on a set of these pinball dollys.   These would probably be great on a perfectly smooth floor but as soon as you hit a stone or expansion joint the dolly stops and the pinball doesnt... @.@  Thanks fully i was being very careful the machine didnt fall so if your planning on getting a set they do work great but make sure your floor has not lumps etc.

Thanks for the heads up ;)

I got mine early last week for BOP but took them back off because they acted like shock absorbers that interfered with my nudging during game play.  Anyhow I've decided to use them in the workshop to move the machines around when I'm working on them.

Yeah i wouldnt have them under there all the time id end up bashing it into the wall all the time.  Im thinking about modifying mine so the legs cant just slide out the gap if it does get stuck ill post pics if i do it.

Got a set this week myself. They are good in my opinion. I have 2 under the back legs of DaC, the machine doesnt move, and does not effect nudging. I simply lift the front of the pin to move it around.

Great idea Greg!! since i havent recieved mine yet  ^.^ does it effect the angle too much ( too steep) having the wheels on the back?

These can be used as well -you can go over bumps. The trolley comes in handy if you want to work on the cab with the legs off.

you gotta allow for the extra angle it will put on yes, take this into account if you intend to leave them on
