Personally I find some (not all) of the early GTB SS games real snoozers (sorry Dean) even though I am a GTB fanboy and know them very well technically, I think Dragon & The Incredible Hulk are probably the most boring of the bunch, very little to shoot at and a slow playing game.

All-time favourites that I'd love to own one day are ToTAN & Flash.

Yeah SF2 cops a fair bit of flack. I think there are worse games than that.

It has a pretty good wizard mode, and there are heaps of shots on the table. Some pretty tricky as well.

JD doesn't do anything for me either. The art and sound package is great. But the lack of bumpers detracts from the gameplay IMO

As for older titles. Williams Darling/Jubilee would have to rate as pretty smelly. Also Gottlieb Airport from 1969 will keep you interested for all of 10 seconds.

I'm really not a fan of Vari Targets. Bloody things take up so much room!

I dont dislike any pins. I do feel so many are over-rated, to many modes, and just have too much bullshit on the playfield.

I only have a dislike for ST TNG.

I'm not a Trekkie, and I'm told it has a "deep ruleset". For some unknown reason, I usually leave the machine prior to the end of the second ball out of boredom.

I would say that without a single doubt, they are the most troublesome and "high maintenance" pinball I've even seen.

My apologies to all ST TNG owners - But it is the most overrated pinball on the planet.

Here's one pin I remember that me and my mates as young blokes hated and avoided was Spanish Eyes.
And there's a pin I owned that I found so boring that I sold it soon as I could and this was Bronco.

Spanish Eyes - either you love it or you hate it  *%*

When it was on location my mates and myself used to hammer that game - we just loved it  ^^^

Funny you should hate Spanish eyes Spurr, I dont like much, but alot of people do! I think with Spanish Eyes you either "get it" or you cant be bothered. I owned Mustang, and thought it was ok, but I will never miss it.

Spanish eyes IMO was the most TILTED pin ever! when the ball was near the bottom bumper you shook shit out of the pin so not to loose it.

Interesting responses on the Spanish Eyes, never played this machine, but had read negative & positive opinions, having the bumper down the bottom end of the PF,my impression it was a ball drainer. When I had the oportunity to purchase my Jumping Jack I was a little weary of having bumpers down that end of the machine,so I relyed on the IPDB rating (8.6) - Dont regret it at all, with rebuilt bumpers, very fast machine and quite enjoyable to play.
How much does everyone else rely on the IPDB rating if they are about to purchase a certain machine and have not had a chance to play that machine or cant remember how it played 40+ years ago?  !@#
