What is on your pinball radar for 2025?

What games would you like to add to your collection?
What skills need improving?
What tools do you want to add?
What long-term projects do you hope to finish?

Me, I am wanting to improve my soldering skills. Too many projects being held up due to needing a simple circuit board repair.

Finish my first playfield swap

Hopefully move to a new house. dedicated games room and workshop

I just re-added three games back into my collection  i had sold to a fellow AP member ten years ago; Abra cadabra, Solar City and Zaccaria Universe. Only reason they were sold was that i needed quick $$ at the time, so when Andy contacted me to say he was selling off his collection and leaving the hobby I took the opportunity to get them back! (I was told years ago i'd have first dibs on anything i sold him if he ever sold off his games).

Abra and Solar City still play as beautifully as the day i sold them, Universe needs a couple of switch gremlins sorted

I also need to find time to get back onto some of my other projects that haven't been touched in over ten years, like Pinball Pool, Stellar Wars and Hot Hand

I've got a Jaws Premium due in 2 weeks. Already have a Pinsound Sonata Speaker upgrade, Pinblaster and Pinvision put aside. Not to mention Tilt Graphics Gameblades and custom Shooter Rod.

I need to learn more about the Spike 2 Format as there are simply too many mods and upgrades that I have never seen. I also want to keep the game at work for customers to play.

I'm currently working on my personal CV and Embryon. Those are going to be done this year.

By the endo of the year, I'm hoping to finish my Banzai Run, and at least my Haunted House and Spirit.

What I'm really looking forward to is finishing the remaining APR customer games and then concentrating on the many games I need to restore and move on. Hopefully it will be a case of having multiple games ready to sell in the showroom.

I need to get my CV back together

With new sterns, they are so different to set up, the latch for the lockdown bar is annoying
What you can do though is turn down the brightness of the LEDs in the backglass while playing, no more glare!!

I'm currently preparing the CV cabinet and Tim is going to restore the playfield. I've wanted this game done for so long, so it is a priority for me.

Jaws - I've never seen a Spike 2 game "in the flesh" - so I can't wait to unbox this game. Pinballlife have just released a white metal trim kit for the Premium -which I'll definitely buy.

The technical stuff will be interesting.

Well i am bringing all the machines back in the house .lol

since the recent parsing of my wife of 24years of marriage .

unfortunately her avatar le that i was bringing in fell over and i smashed it.
so i have sourced some parts
just need some stern side rails ( even if they are black ones as i will get them chromed) and some new cabinet decals

so the plan is to get them all up and running as they should

and will hopefully find a AFM to add to the collection ( had the coin last year to do it but funeral are expensive)

hopefully dan @ddtoys finds the fathom spinner not going to hassle him.

No titles on the wish list at the moment
Recently replaced my strikes and spares I sold to fund getting home from Bali beginning of COVID

This year I’m aiming to have the WW2 Indian finished and start working on the 30 amodel roadster

Finally got my games (most of them anyway) set up in my new house which settled recently. Had a few in the previous rental, nice to see them in a permanent home.

This year's projects, once I have the new house minor mods done, is to swap the Kingpin Playfield to the professionally made one, and to get the Starship Troopers up and running (thanks Nino!).

Not sure which to do first... Haven't played SST since playing one in the wild a gazillion years ago, while KP is playable...

Just added these two to the personal repair/resto queue;
Picked them up yesterday.. dropped everything to drive up to Arakoon as the owner offered them to me for a deal I couldn't refuse... he was moving and needed them GONE!

They need some TLC to get them back up to good working order, i'll get to them... one day!
