What a leech! and the ball'o'greed has started rolling already....
It wouldn't be so bad if he was giving the $$ back to the Jackson family.

I still wanna know how he's gonna fit the record into a 500gm postbag satchel as stated in his postage info  :lol

No, not for real or at least not unless you are Google and can sell advertising to an audience of millions.

There are plenty of businesses using the web as their shop-front and I imagine some of them do very well, but the only way I know to make money on the web without product is through selling advertising space.

It doesn't matter anyway as the laws are set up to protect intellectual property (which the name Michael Jackson would be) as you cannot profiteer off another identities name without consent from the Family Estate.

Remember the Sir Donald Bradman case here in OZ a few years back when our great Sir Don passed away (may he rest his soul) and the family who registered the name Bradman Cafe...... They were made to not only close their cafe, lost the registered name, but were made to pay the Bradman Family compensation for the use of the name.

I remember this clearly as I was studying Sports Law at the time and it was used as one of our Case Studies for Uni.......

IDIOTS should think a bit harder and conduct a bit of research before doing these types of things.
