Truck Crash carrying a Pinball Machine
« on: July 10, 2009, 09:50:47 PM »
I heard there was a truck involved in an accident just outside of Wodonga today.  Don't know how bad it was but there was mention that the truck was carrying a pinball machine.  Has anyone got any pinball machines travelling on the Hume Hwy that would have been crossing the NSW/VIC border today?
Addicted to pins.

No sorry.  A guy that works at the local newspaper saw it on the list of potential stories.  No further info on the truck, company or damage.

Hopefully it wasn't anyone we know.  Is there insurance typically incl. with the transporting of machines?

most transport companies dont offer insurance on pinballs , you need to take it out yourself

Ouch! not good at all....

I'm awaiting a pin from NSW, although when i spoke to the owner the other day, he assured me he was still checking it over, and would email/call me when it was sent out, and when to expect it....i'm PRAYING it's not my SOF that's probably in pieces on the highway....

Doh!  !!!

Hmm, it's an interesting way to find out who is expecting machines.

Hopefully the pinball machine is unharmed.

Spirit of 76 = My favorite all time EM pin

Spirit = My favorite SYS80 pin

I wish no harm to any pinball - but especially these two machines.
