Thought id document this just in case anyone decides to do a bank A Ball cabinet spray. Matching colours is always a tricky business and finding a suitable paint even trickier.
Main cabinet colour is somewhere between Pantone 345c and 346c.
Taubmans make a colour called  "soft Green"- this matches Pantone 345c EXACTLY.
I went to Bunnings and bought 4ltr Soft Green and got the very friendly guy to give me a sample tub of blue tint.
Mix some of the blue to the Soft Green and you have the base colour for Bank A Ball... it is SPOT ON!
..Of course stencils are available..

I used a water based enamel for the base colour... nice semi gloss finish and fast drying. Thin back slightly with water and away you go... reckon i used approx 1/2ltr for this... LOL- plenty of paint left!

Cabinet and header now complete with cobwebbing...

Close ups of webbing effect..

I used a spray gun for the webbing and acrylic lacquer as its fast drying... its VERY easy to do!!! Just take the pressure from the gun back to approx 10psi and the paint fails to atomise properly giving a stringy effect. Acrylic lacquer dries too fast and some went off in the air, which means that you have to overdo the effect and once completely dry a stiff brush removes whats not stuck to the cabinet properly

Surprised you went down the enamel path for the base coat. But it looks great anyway !

Enamel flows through the gun better and gives a smoother finish. Other than that, its just like an acrylic in drying time and the fact that it dries a little darker... this water based enamel.. not the stinky slow drying normal enamel.. also clean up is a breeze
