Deathball 2000 ?

anyone ever seen or heard of a data east/sega title called DEATHBALL 2000.
On my dotmatrix display for my Royal Rumble, it says, coming soon, the pinball everyone wants to play, DEATHBALL 2000.

I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE ?  ever seen such a title/machine.

from what i have read around the web it looks like it never made it to the production stage  !!!
