Decided to put the Sweet Hearts restore on hold and start on my 1966 Bally Bazaar (Trying to have it ready for Tonys meet in OCT). I had done a minor resto on it (Rubbers,globes/Holders,Post & guides, flippers, apron etc),then while at the Expo, run into Stuart from QLD who had a Bazaar complete Playfield in storage. Well under the Dust and Mould there was`a excellant playfield with very small signs of wear - I reckon the posts had never been removed as all the post screws snapped off on removal. Have just about stripped all the plastics etc off the PF and have the posts and guides (Yellowed) soaking in my wifes Booster and Soak.
Over the next couple of days will post pictures and updates of my progress. (Should come up better than the Jumping Jack as that was`an experiment /first restore).
Heres how it looked when I got the PF (Some mould and dirt has been removed to show how good this PF is) - Will post more picts after I have cleaned and polished it and put all plastics etc back.
