My honest opinion Paul........your nuts to swap Centaur 2 for a Gorgar. You may never find another Centaur 2, but Gorgars come up 4 times at least a year just on ebay. Just keep it for awhile, if you find it boring then move it on. But if that Gorgar is good, and priced right buy it as well. If you have no room, take the heads off and put them under your existing pins.

Paul - keep the Centaur at least until your next meet in November so I get to play it %.%.... I bet by then you'll realise what a good player it is and wont want to let it go.

Gorgar, excellent looking, first with speech plays OK from what I remember - Centaur also excellent looking and speaks too & plays way better in my opinion

Well I cant do it....I must get the Gorgar....it is a wish list pin and will finish off my list...I also need a little cash to finish off the Black Knight and want to take the kids on a holiday...So I will let the Revenge from mars go...get like $3000 for it...

so the lineup then would be

Haunted House
Black Hole
Gorgar
Black Knight
Firepower
Kiss
Playboy
Flash
Genie

and one DMD Flintstones

I should be happy with that...lol...

If you go with the Gorgar RB, i'd love to know how you rate in compared to Centaur II. I've never played Centaur but it's looks like a great game.

you do realise Paul that Gorgar will be a keeper, and if you get too many keepers you will just have to be happy with what you have (no more buying and selling!)

that or move into a bigger house  :lol

I'd keep the Centaur, Paul - Even though the "Deluxe" version looks crap - it is a far better player.

 :2cents:

Having said that - Maybe grab the Gorgar and sell the Centaur Deluxe and wait for the "normal" Centaur to be available and buy that !

Actually – I was pleasantly surprised by the games physical appearance – that cabinet style has always looked bloody horrible in photo’s but in real life that Centuar was nowhere near as bad as what I thought it would be.

Not saying I liked it or would want to own that style of cab – just surprised by it.

I can use the Gorgar like a bug catcher at my next meet.....

I could catch heaps of Wottos in it...would stop my other machines from breaking...lol

Totally agree Wotto - I have always thought this design of cab on the Centaur looked pretty cool  ^^^

I dont like the EBD version of that cab, but it sure works on the Centaur machine.
