Does say: Q: Is this machine complete with all electronic boards etc. does the playfield have any paint missing on the artwork thanks
A: I wouldn't say the Paints missing... Its Very dulled in areas though It is complete.... Regards Rob

I wonder who asked this question??  #@# I also asked for better pix but got a defininte "NO". Don't know if its dirt or paint gone??

I got my Cosmic princess via ebay from this seller. Same crap photos, wasn't sure what I was buying. I will say that he would probably got much for the machine if his photos had been better as the playfield and backglass are really nice.
I sent him a email asking for more pics of the Magic, he said he would try to get me some but that was some days ago and still no pics. I wouldn't be gambling on this one, I got lucky once, I'm not game to try it twice  :lol

I think I remember that one.  Sometimes you just don't know if the person took some terrible photos or if the machine is just that bad.  In this case, I can't even imagine taking a photo that made your PF looked like that if you tried *.*

Yeah that is true. I'm pretty crap with a camera but even I couldn't take a photo as bad as the ones he has posted for this auction.  <.>

Yeah Wotto, have to be a dodgy bid/ bids. first bid - $801 ,buyer has 1 feedback. Second bid $ 810 buyer has zero feedback & is a new member less than 30 days.  With 4 days 17 hours left ,looks suss to me. !!@  either that or bidders can't see the playfield worn to wood & crap flaking backglass. The playfield glass is still on in pic but not a lockdown bar to be seen. Even the shooter rod's missing the knob
but maybe I'm being too harsh.  :lol

You guys have totally missed the point. This game is all about wiping off the remaining paint as you play!
Not too many more games to go!

One born every day of the week now!!!

Interesting bit of info from IPDB: According to the Encyclopedia of Pinball Volume 1, the test run of this game was done in a painted wood cabinet but was changed to a metal cabinet during the production run. This was done because Williams' management was concerned that future solid state games would be light enough to steal if done in wood. However, steel cabinets proved difficult and expensive, and the idea was dropped.

In the photos this is cleary a wooden cabinet. Means this a test run machine, or info on this machine is just wrong  !@# I have never seen a steel cabinet pin, or have they all rusted away? lol

810 bucks........shill be worth that!  *!@

This worn old number gets 2 bids and is at $810 yet the Abra Ca Dabra could not get a bid at $800 starting price and has been re-listed ( see http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Abra-Ca-Dabra-Gottlieb-Co-pinball-machine_W0QQitemZ190338800838QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_15?hash=item2c51139cc6&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14 ).
What are people thinking???
