Well the person in the know did give a response. Thank You & maybe it might help others! For now I guess, I just wait & see if things move forward with the other license holder in the future.

Well atleast I got an answer from Australia! Looks like possibly a personal visit to Illinois Pin Ball, to work on things further. There are other developements & tests going on. Some stuff is secret & will be known next year.
