« on: October 13, 2009, 08:10:06 PM »
Guys,

I am interested in bidding on this Gottlieb PLAYBALL its in Newcastle.  Im in Victoria.

If I were to win are there any members near newcastle that could pick it up for me and either hold on to it to I drive up and pick it up, or I can arrange a transport company to pick it up...providing I am sucessfull of course in winning...

Cheers
Dean

Dean,

Have you ever played this game  ((( ((( ((( (((

Gotta admit it looks cool and has one of the better Playball playfields I've seen.

She looks like she has had a tough life though...wouldn't pay anymore than $800 for it and I feel it will go above that (this title usually does for some reason)

Still I hope you win it and bring it back to the condition it deserves  ^^^

They mention being able to deliver it to Newcastle (I am at Argenton). Which means I would need only store it. How long would you want me to have it? I am really limited for space in my shed, once I get another pin delivered this week there will hardly be room to swing a cat. Mate I can store it here for a week, or two tops. I am honestly out of room  ^&^ Happy to do that much for ya though.

Oh and I have allready placed a bid on it myself lol But thats cool, its gotta be cheap-as for me to win it.

Dean,

Not sure if it's much use to you in the near future (I am away overseas Oct 16 - Nov 9) but I will help out where I can. I can assist with storage in Newcastle when I get back if required.

Good luck with the auction.

Cheers,

David

Hi Tony,  yes played it, your right not much of a game, I am interested for sentimental reasons.  Playball was the first machine I ever owned when I was 15 or so. Had to sell it to make room for my son as it was in the spare bedroom of our first house some 19 years ago.

So thought it would be nice to have it again.  I dont want to pay to much for it in that nick so will see what it goes for, they come up often enough.
